The project turned out To be a bit sizy, but it embeds a lot of knowledge that was hard To find. So it could mean a great deal To someone starting With programming midi. The main objective was To automate convertions of Roland SC-55 System Exclusive Bulk Dumps into a shorter alternative, using as much short messages As possible, so other modules can receive the messages too. Other features are mixing the SC settings, generate fade In/outs, Read & write midi, more Or less wysiwyg printing of the dump values, midi piano, midi thru, etc. PURPOSE: Analyse SC-55 System Exclusive bulk dumps Generate alternatives for this huge bulkdump in case a high percentage are default data Edit the Sound Canvas settings ENVIRONMENT: This is a VB5 project. Since the WebBrowser control is used (provided with Windows 95) it can be run under Windows 95, but Windows NT doesn't install this control (~ SHDOCVW.DLL) automatically, so there you should find a way to install it yourself. No other (than basic VB) controls are used.

Wow.. talk about cool replicas. I used KR's Awards winning Gradient control for this code. A Custom Control that when placed on your form mimics the red swooshing light on the front of KITT, the car from Knight Rider. You can change the BackColor, ForeColor and the speed at which it swooshes.

Here is a way to add bitmaps to menus. It is very simple. The bitmaps should be 15x15 PIXELS (For the best fit). That will give you the best effect. :)

Lets you set the minimum size your form can be (I haven't seen anything else like this, I did it cause I wanted a form of mine to not go below a size), Also provides a one-step way to add a bitmap to a menu item (someone submitted something like this in the previous day or two, although I didn't take my code from them), and an easy way to add your icon to the system tray. This is my first submission, although I've been using PSC for a while now. I'ld appreciate any voting you could do. Also, comments are greatly appreciated.
