I wanted an ASP script (not perl or PHP) that would read and count the images in a directory, and format them into neat little columns that would display my images in that nice image gallery format I like to see. There's only one problem. After looking for an example of such a script for over six months, I came to the conclusion that one did not exist. This is because ASP does not make this type of information easy to work with. Luckily, there's a work around. This script reads the names of files in a directory and caches them to a text file. This text file is read in ADO, which gives you the power to play with the presentation a bit. Anyway, the end result is a nicely formatted image gallery that works exactly the way I wanted it to. This is an enhanced Start menu from the BoS project. I pulled out the explorer functionality and made it standalone. New features include: more natural response to mouse rollover, you can set the font, font size and height of the items, the menu gets the real text width and height at runtime so it can adapt to any font, font size or style. Item spacing can be adjusted by adjusting picItem(0) text and icons are centered vertically at run time. Must See. Thanks to Brian for his COOL BoS. I feel this functionality with its enhancements can be really useful in your projects.

When your form is resized, some of the controls contained there will be clipped (partially seen). This code tries to eliminate that by resizing all the controls in relation to the forms resized extent. The main routine will just have to be added at the FORM_RESIZE. Also supports MDI Forms. Enjoy!

This is pure Win32 API program. NO MFC. This is a game resembling the real game. I have modified the jokers 25/75, 50/50, 0/100. The first eliminates one wrong answer, the second - two, and the 0/100 removes ALL the wrong answers. Includes a system not to repeat questions in other played games. The program supports a log file while playing, high score list and many more. But it hasn't got any sounds which I'll soon fix. The questions are kept in a Microsoft Access Database in 15 tables but they are in Bulgarian. I translated only the strings used in the game in English, not the questions but you'll write your own. This database is actually the file data.rad(You can rname it to assure). That's it. Enjoy and vote for me ! NOTE: The Win98 bug is corrected thanks to AJ.
